WSNTA – Talks
the severn - source to sea - Wed 08 April 2026
Britain's longest river arises in the Welsh mountains and completes its epic journey in the Bristol Channel. It is a river with a fascinating geography, geology, nature and history. With over 120 photos and annotated maps, David Beach will take us downstream from Pen Pumulon, passing Roman, Norman and Medieval settlements, towns and cities, gorges and floodplains, and scenes of Industrial Revolution pioneering, to the M4 Bridges.
